The State E-rate Coordinators’ Alliance is the sole owner of the information collected on this site. Only SECA members are included in the directory. Public information is limited to the state coordinator's name, state, and whether they serve schools, libraries, or both. Additional member information is made available only for SECA members and is visible after an active member has logged into the website. Member data is only used in the membership system and for no other purpose. The directory may not be sold or used by anyone else for any purpose without written approval from SECA’s Officers.
This website contains links to other sites. Please be aware that we are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of such other sites. We encourage our users to be aware when they leave our site and to read the privacy statements of any other site that collects personally identifiable information.
SECA uses Wild Apricot to host its website and administer its membership information. Wild Apricot's service has security measures in place to protect against the loss, misuse and alteration of the information under our control. Wild Apricot does not store any sensitive credit card data. When you make a membership payment by credit card, we process your payment through our secure third-party payment processor, AffiniPay.
SECA is an all-volunteer organization and does not have paid staff. You may reach the leadership of the organization by emailing any Officer with your questions or concerns. Active members may adjust their privacy settings at any time by logging in to their account and adjusting the privacy setting in their member profile.
